About Carmen
My first Math tutor lesson was in 2009 when I was studying for my Bachelor degree. I enjoyed the experience of sharing my knowledge and some math tricks so I started tutoring since then. I have over 200 hours of experience. I enjoy teaching Math and seeing how my students improve in the subject. It is satisfying when I see hoe my students improve after few classes.

I start every lesson by reviewing the topics students are learning in the class to reinforce the current topics. However, if I notice that some concepts from previous years are not clear for the students, I will recap those as well. Also, I will provide some similar examples. To excel in math, practicing is the best way to achieve it.

Details
I prefer to avoid traveling more than 15 miles. I live in West Hills and work in Calabasas. So, I would like to get tutoring classes around work on weekdays. I teach from Middle School to College. I do not have a cancellation policy nor fee set yet, however, as courtesy, I appreciate if they cancel the lesson at least 2 hours before the class.
