About Eka
Students can feel confident learning with me because I bring both experience and a calm, supportive teaching style to every session. I have worked as a university lecturer and I am currently completing a PhD in Education, which means I understand how to guide learners at different levels and help them overcome common challenges. My lessons are structured, clear, and adapted to each student’s needs so they can make steady progress without feeling overwhelmed. My approach to tutoring is practical, clear, and student-focused. I aim to help learners build confidence by breaking down complex ideas into steps that are easy to understand. In each lesson, I guide students through examples, give structured practice, and provide feedback they can apply immediately. I adjust my teaching style based on each learner’s level, goals, and preferred way of learning, so every session feels relevant and manageable.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, and can focus on English language skills, academic writing, reading comprehension, or support with school or university coursework. I also help students prepare assignments and build better study habits if needed.
I have several years of experience as a university lecturer and I am currently completing a PhD in Education. This background allows me to support both school and university students with strong academic foundations, clear explanations, and a structured approach to learning.
My lessons are suitable for high-school students, university students, and adult learners who want to improve their English, strengthen their writing, or develop academic skills.
