About Ashlee
Hi, I’m Ashlee — a dedicated yoga therapist with a deep understanding that every body is different, and every person arrives with their own unique needs, history, and goals.
My approach is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re feeling stiff, overwhelmed, low in energy, or simply unsure where to begin, I create a calm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace without pressure or judgement.
I have a strong interest in nervous system regulation and somatic practices and this has been my focus for the last few years. This means our sessions go beyond just physical postures. I help you tune into your body, build awareness, and develop a practice that supports not just flexibility and strength, but also a sense of safety, ease, and connection within yourself.
I’m confident in adapting yoga for all body types and abilities, including complete beginners. I have experience working with people with neurodivergence, anxiety, and those with energy limiting illnesses such as M.E and fibromyalgia. Together, we’ll find a style and rhythm that works for you, so that your practice feels sustainable, enjoyable, and genuinely helpful in your day-to-day life.
My aim is simple: to help you feel more at home in your body.

Hi, I’m Ash — a passionate yoga teacher offering personalised sessions designed around you.
I specialise in adapting yoga for all body types, abilities, and nervous systems, so you can feel safe, supported, and empowered in your practice.
What I offer:
"Beyond Yoga" Custom Tailored 1:1 Sessions
Together we will find a pace and style that suits your body (gentle, restorative, flow, or something in between).
The sessions could also include - Breathwork, vocal work/chanting, journaling, somatics, myofascial release.
