About Sneha
I am just a simple woman who wants to help in your fitness journey. As I have lost 14 kgs in 6 months approx with consistency and discipline. And I have learned a lot in this span of time about how a woman's body works and how it will grow. Surely I have made many mistakes at that time but I also learned and grew. So, guys I am here to guide you so that you won't make such mistakes and achieve your goals without exhausting yourself.
