About Brecht

I am a Sommelier - Conseil for the Université du Vin de Suze-la-Rousse, Côtes du Rhone, France and for the Flemish Academy of Wine, Ghent, Belgium since 2011. Previously I studied at the prestigious Spermalie gastronomy school in Bruges, Belgium. I have worked in several high-level restaurants as a Sommelier and I am currently an Executive Chef for a private airline.

About the lesson

My classes are structured, we first learn to taste correctly before getting into the various regions of France and the world. They always come with their detailed documentation, to speed up the learning process. The course adapts to the level of the participants, in the world of wine we can always learn, from beginner to professional.
