About Mai
Hi! I’m Mai, an international student currently studying in Australia. I’m passionate about teaching Japanese, and I love helping students build confidence step by step. I was a volunteer tutor in Japan, where I taught math to elementary and middle school students, and I also worked as an assistant at a cram school. Thanks to these experiences, I’ve learned to communicate concepts clearly and support students with patience and care. I speak native Japanese and fluent English, so I can teach both beginners and advanced learners in either language. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy studying, cooking, and discovering new places in Australia. I’m always excited to meet new students and help them reach their goals!
