About Khushi
I am a second year pre-med student at University of Toronto. I am deeply dedicated to any task at hand and like to approach problems uniquely. A strength of mine is reading people. I am quite good at understanding people around me so don't worry even if you are hesitating to ask me a question during lesson, or ask multiple questions in fact, I got you. Teaching gives me a lot of joy as I like to revise the concepts that I am teaching as well as see life from the perspective of other people in an academic setting. It opens my view to how we learn things and sometimes, students raise questions that make me deeply think too.

As someone who did not graduate high school long ago, I understand that learning requires both teachers and students to adapt.
- Explain theory with at least two examples and then asking the student to solve a similar question.
- Room for doubts and asking questions after every concept.
- Five HW questions assigned after every lesson to reiterate the concepts
- Typical lesson plan- first 5 minutes a mental check-in, 10 minutes discuss the HW assigned and any problems with it, about 40 minutes of learning new content, 5 minutes of assigning new hw and deciding action plan for next lesson
