About Michał
Hi! My name is Michał and programming has never been satisfying enough for me on its own. What I love about my job is the contact with people, with clients, with colleagues and the feeling that I am creating something that improves the quality of life of other people.
Teaching and inspiring others to use programming as a tool to impact the world is a way for me to spend more time connecting with others and less time typing away - it's simply a joy to be in contact and useful to others.

> Teaching methods
I focus on a practical approach – we learn by creating real projects and solving problems. I adapt the material to the needs of the student, ensuring that learning is inspiring and enjoyable. I explain in a simple and engaging way, combining technical knowledge with the psychology of learning.
> Programming languages and environment
I teach mainly Python and JavaScript (especially TypeScript) and basic HTML and CSS. In my teaching I try to introduce students to the latest trends in technology supporting programming as soon as possible, i.e. using Cursor and LLMs for faster programming.
> Length of classes
A standard lesson lasts 60 minutes, but longer or shorter meetings are possible depending on your needs.
> Qualifications and experience
I have been creating web applications and websites for almost 10 years and working with machine learning methods and LLM applications. I have experience working as a programmer, head of a programming team, as well as facilitating relational workshops and conducting individual lessons.
> For whom?
As a senior software engineer, I can teach almost anyone. I invite beginners to discover the magical power of programming (you can suddenly build great applications useful to others out of nothing), and I especially invite more experienced programmers to a mentoring relationship: I like to support in finding a way through professional burnout, in teaching soft skills, managing emotions, searching for passion and direction, etc.
