About Laura
I have my Pilates certification through BASI Pilates, my personal training certification through NASM, and my 200-hr Yoga training through Yoga Renew and am registered with Yoga Alliance, soon to finish up my 500-hour training. I love working with all types of people and creating a rapport with my students that helps me understand their needs and goals. When I'm not teaching or working out myself, I am probably spending time with my furry children, reading, or listening or playing music.

Certified through BASI Pilates, I have been teaching Pilates since 2018. In addition to my education in Pilates, I am a certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher. I create workouts that are effective utilizing the whole body drawing from my different fitness educations, with Pilates as the main focus. Proper form and setup are crucial to the execution of the exercise and are my goal to set up my students for success. I work with all body types, ages, physical limitations, and/or injuries.
