About Iqra Ishaque
I am a tutor in Business and Management disciplines and my passion to teach is inspired by my inclination towards knowledge sharing. As a school, college and university student, I always found myself providing support to fellow classmates in their projects, assignments and delivering friendly tutorials during exam period on areas with which my fellow classmates struggled the most. After graduation, I associated myself with a voluntary teaching service in schools established in underprivileged areas in my home country. This aim of sharing my knowledge with students and learning from their experiences is what has made me interested in pursuing a career in academia.

With a teaching certification from the University of Strathclyde, UK and work experience of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, I specialise in providing tailored tutorials to students aimed at meeting their preferences and learning needs. My teaching style may vary from typical classroom teaching to real-life simulations, group interaction tasks and activities. After COVID, I have developed additional skills to be as effective in online teaching as in face-to-face learning sessions. My tutorials will be aimed at students from undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and length per session may be between 1-2 hours based on the need and depth of the topic(s).
