About Jadene
I bring genuine joy and over 9 years of experience in theater, film, and television, to help actors tap into their FULLEST potential with confidence and clarity. I hold a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch and have trained with some of the most respected names in the industry. But most importantly I genuinely love the work and my cup runs over with discovering and investigating all of the wonders of this craft. I love connecting with actors and connecting to why we do this:)

Hi, I’m Jadene!
I coach actors who are ready to break past resistance in their craft, joyfully pursue their dreams and BOOK ROLES with a spirit of celebration and victory.
If you’re ready to transform the way you’ve been approaching your path from the ROOT UP that’s where I come in.
As your acting coach, my commitment is to help you connect authentically with your craft and guide you toward reaching your fullest creative potential while educating yourself throughly on the components of craft. You are a creator and a visionary. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE EASY AND DOWNRIGHT DELIGHTFUL I PROMISE.

Method & Techniques:
I blend classic acting techniques—Stanislavski, Meisner, and Uta Hagen—with intuitive guidance to accelerate your artistic path AND your confidence in yourself. This is about aligned action. Your success is not separate from your belief in yourself and it’s time for you to get everything you want NOW. I’ll help you uncover and amplify your authentic voice on stage, feel the fullness of your range and discover the power of your BELIEF.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Every lesson is fresh and calibrated to exactly where you’re at - right this very moment. They’re designed to supercharge your creativity, launch you to new levels of mastery and leave you with a toolkit to pull from at any point in your career.
Whether you’re in the middle of an audition in front of executives or pitching your new TV show - you’ll be relaxed and ready for anything.
That said here are some frameworks I find helpful and fun.
I. Warm-Up
We always start with grounding. Getting centered in our power, and feeling fully energized no matter what our baseline is.
- Physical Activation: Together we’ll do deep work exercises to increase our conscious physical awareness, mobility and strength. Get into character with micro movements and specificity of ACTION. Walk in their shoes so hard you walk straight into set.
- Vocal Warm-Ups: Breathwork and deepening exercises to build vocal strength, clarity, and discover your limitless VOICE.
II. Improv and the magnetic moment
- Mantras and rituals for dropping IN.
- Character Building - These are real beings we are honoring - and hey, this goes for YOU too because every character builds us
- Improv Games: Meisner technique is my favorite. Playful, instinctive exercises to enhance real-time responsiveness and set you straight in the PRESENT.
III. Scene and Monologue Work
This is so completely real, and once you tap into the scenes fully - you’ll discover the tip of the iceberg and it’s addictive.
Being in a scene or have me send you a fresh one - bring in the scenes that make you feel electric - the ones you actually want to play!
We’re going to help you knock the roof out of the place. Intentions / obstacles / CHOICES that will grip viewers and make you unforgettable.
IV. Close out!: Empowering your mindset and embracing your wins!
- Let’s celebrate and amplify your growth and what is working with actionable insights that will bring YOU to a state of pure clarity and confidence.
- You will leave the room singing and energized for the next steps.
