He also won a moot competition last year in front of a High Court judge, having had to switch the side he was advocating for 50 minutes earlier. He therefore has an amazing ability to break down complex legal principles and distill them into easy to understand points. Oshotse also has a great knowledge of procedure and litigation, having marshalled two High Court judges (Constable and Bacon JJ) and done the Bar Practice Course.
