About Adriano
I am a very serious and passionate musician and believe that music provides a good discipline that carries through in other aspects of life such as academics, mental health, sports, and much more. I have been playing for over 14 years now and have a wide array of experiences preforming and teaching and I really care about students continuing music as in my experience music shapes a person in a way that nothing else can. It has helped me get through very tough times, teaches rigor, passion, seriousness, and with something as perfectionistic as the violin, it makes everything else seem easier. In the long run it is especially beneficial in setting someone apart as a college applicant and has given me the opportunity to have competitive offers with high scholarships from schools such as NYU, University of Michigan, Carnegie Mellon, Boston Conservatory, and allowed me to attend Bard Conservatory with an almost full scholarship.

Can work with Suzuki teaching but can also work as a practice buddy helping prepare and move forward for private lessons. I can help prepare for auditions, concerts (and tips for overcoming stage fright), technique, chamber music, etc. I will model the lessons depending on what the students goals are and can be very malleable in my approach depending on how serious the student is i.e. if the student wants to play more for fun or professionally and can be nicer or more serious. Can work with younger students who know basics, middle school and lower high school students based on level but would recommend a professional teacher for learning the basics as they set up how you play in the future. I have a lot of experience with orchestra, and chamber music apart from a regular solo focus which has brought motivation and passion in my approach for music and I believe it should be implemented with all violinists to form them as well rounded musicians. Depending on location I would prefer zoom but can also come in person.
