About Shireen
I am a Degree Apprentice at Barclays, currently studying Applied Retail and Commercial Banking at the University of Exeter, with previous experience tutoring 11+ students at SDE. I provide personalised, engaging online tutoring for GCSE and A-Level students, with lessons tailored to each student’s individual learning style and goals.
Having recently completed A-Levels in Maths, Economics, and Politics, I am particularly passionate about these subjects and enjoy helping students build both confidence and strong exam technique by using effective revision strategies.

My approach focuses on building confidence, improving exam technique, and making Politics engaging and easy to understand. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style, using structured notes, discussion, and exam practice to strengthen knowledge and develop strong essay-writing and evaluation skills.
Having recently completed A-Level Politics myself, I have an up-to-date understanding of the course content, revision strategies, and exam techniques needed to succeed!
