About Deborah

I have gone through my own personal journey of self-discovery. Sharing this with students and friends gives me purpose and a way to connect to my own higher calling. I believe ballet can be such a healing art form that doesn’t have to leave a dancer needing hip replacements at age 40!
Learning to communicate during this process of restructuring is key and one of my goals as your teacher and guide. We work together to discover the best path for you.

About the lesson

Learning with me is graceful and fun! We will go through the body step by step applying yogic principles and somatic movement to regulate your nervous system as you discover classical ballet in a new healing way that rejuvenates you.
