About Uco
Ballet Barre is a safe way to start getting strength. Because you can hold a barre, chair, or wall during training. When you're ready, I'll invite you to center (without barre) exercise.
If you are willing to take open ballet class, let me know.
These are the benefits of barre
1. Strengthening your feet, legs, rotating muscle
2. Fix the posture to stand up straight and taller elegantly
3. Deep breathing
4. Strength memory function

Movement is medicine!! Let’s move. I was a professional ballerina in Japan and US, retired in 2018.
Now I have Pilates certification and enjoy Jazz dance, Surfing.
I believe, ballet barre and Pilates maintain your essential body strongest safely to enjoy all other activities including just only weekend grocery shopping to biking, surfing others.

I started teaching ballet since I was 13 yrs old in Japan.
I was professional ballerina in Japan in 2000 and in U.S. in 2009.
I became certified Pilates instructor in 2025.
