Hi, I’m Stacy A. Browning, a passionate health educator with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida. I hold multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness and health and wellness field, I bring a well-rounded, real-world perspective to my teaching. My goal is to equip students with the knowledge and confidence they need to take charge of their health and wellness for life.
