About Madonna
I worked as a supplemental instruction leader for 2 years, teaching general chemistry and organic chemistry to college students in a classroom setting of up to 150 students. Average exam scores of students who have attended supplemental instruction were significantly higher than those who did not.

I believe the best way to learn chemistry is to apply topics through practice problems and use of common language to explain and simplify complex topics. I plan on first solidifying understanding of specific concepts and material. The next step would be to apply such understanding to practice problems with guidance. The final step would be to give the student the opportunity to try a problem without assistance and correct any incorrect steps or ways of thinking when working out a problem.
