About Dominic
Hi, I am Dominic and I’m most delighted to be your teacher. I believe we will encounter an exciting learning journey, and I do look forward to get to know you.
With close to four years and approaching my fifth year as a tutor, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging study environment where you feel valued and inspired as my student. As I personally approach everything with a sense of curiosity, it is my goal that we approach each of our lessons with this same sense of wonder for learning, and I will aim to support your growth as a student by pushing and developing your curiosity and creativity in learning.

My lessons are aimed for students between 6 - 12 years old, between Foundation to Year 6 level. I believe in a teaching style which scaffolds my students in terms of what they need to know in terms of content knowledge against what they need to be achieveing in school.
My lessons typically go for 50 minutes, each beginning with a fundamental recap of the lesson, and go-over through key elements and focused practice on necessary skills to heighten knowledge.
I am also more than happy to assist with homework and discussions on project/assignments from school.
