About Oliver

I adopt a C³P teaching methodology—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, Problem-solving—for ESL learning. Creativity is promoted through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that inspire students to express themselves confidently and develop imaginative use of language.
Communication is central to my approach. I include discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises to strengthen fluency, comprehension, and practical communication skills. Compassion ensures lessons are tailored to individual learners, providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to foster confidence and motivation.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based tasks, real-life exercises, and analytical challenges, helping students apply English skills effectively while developing critical thinking.
