About Ethan
I empathize greatly with anyone that struggles with all STEM related classes. Everyone has subjects and topics that do not seem to stick in their brain. For me, it was always foreign language. Mathematics came relatively easy for me, but I had to pursue tutoring for some of my other classes and I understand how it can make you feel disappointed and frustrated with yourself.
It is hard to ask for help, especially when you may be embarrassed about your particular weaknesses, but I feel that going from struggling to thriving can be as easy as finding the right person, method, or mindset to help you succeed.

I have 3+ years of experience with tutoring one-on-one and am skilled at designing specialized studying tactics for an individual's particular weak points. I am easy to converse with and am extremely understanding and open-minded with any challenges or difficulties that you may bring.
I typically look at relevant homework and practice problems, and move slowly through how to approach each part. I do this in order to help build a legitimate understanding of the material, rather than simply teaching how to answer homework or tests without gaining a fundamental understanding.
I am capable of teaching all age ranges leading up to undergraduate college level coursework. I am available to work in-person or over video call.
