I have had a long career dealing with issues focusing, and being forced through training programs where the details just don't stick. This has positioned me to seek alternate ways to learn that work for me, and hence I'm able to teach subjects in more than one way. It also makes me extremely patient because that courtesy was often not extended for me or other coworkers with similar issues.
