About Ramit
Teaching is my hobby and something I genuinely enjoy. I completed my high school education at Xavier International College, Nepal, and I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Information Technology, at Canterbury Institute of Management (CIM) in Darwin. I’ve always found joy in helping others understand math, breaking down tricky concepts into simple, clear steps. I want to teach because I love seeing that moment when a student finally “gets it,” and I hope to bring the same patience and encouragement to every lesson.

My approach to tutoring is patient, encouraging, and tailored to how each student learns best. I break maths concepts down into simple steps, use real-life examples to make ideas easier to grasp, and check understanding along the way rather than rushing ahead. My goal is to help students up to grade 8 students build a solid foundation in maths, feel more confident tackling problems on their own, and actually enjoy the subject instead of dreading it. Lessons are relaxed but focused, with plenty of encouragement.
