About Emilia
Years ago a mentor rebuilt my musical understanding from the ground up and I have been paying that forward ever since. I mostly teach career changers who want to bypass the fluff. My feedback is immediate and direct because I value depth over coverage.
I focus on STRUMMING PATTERNS and BARRE CHORDS while integrating music theory and ear training naturally. These methods have helped me guide over 50 students through grade exam prep and power chords. If you want to talk about your goals we can start there.

You grab the neck and we immediately hunt for the blues shapes that define the genre. My approach centers on playing from day 1 because theory chapters can wait.
We handle electric technique and fingerpicking while keeping the rhythm tight. My degree from the Los Angeles College of Music informs these sessions.
I offer a free trial session to assess your starting level and track your progress. The 8.0 rating I maintain reflects my commitment to your growth.
No wasted motion here. We get right into the grooves that make the instrument sing. You will find that playing blues progressions becomes second nature quickly. Soon you will be ready to perform with confidence.
