About Palesa
I am someone who loves to learn about new cultures and languages, so teaching English is a career path that would be a perfect opportunity to interact with people all over the world. I also enjoy getting to understand people's different perspectives on the world in conversations and using that to enhance and personalize my lessons for my students. Since I love to learn new languages and have embarked on that journey myself trying to learn Spanish and Korean, I know how challenging it can be to learn a new language. My aim is to create lessons that are interactive, creative and effectively tailored to your needs. I have also recently completed my TEFL training course at the Wits Language School, so I am able to create lessons that are effective for each language skill and deal with the challenges that come with that.

My lessons are fun and interactive. I aim to create a relaxed and comfortable learning environment. I encourage constant verbal communication to improve the student's confidence in communicating in English. My lessons involve a variety of activities and aids to make sure each language skill is taught and practiced as effectively as possible. Tutor/student rapport is vital in creating a safe and comfortable environment where the student can grow and that is what I intend to provide for each of my students. My lessons are offered to those who are beginner to intermediate English speakers of all ages.
