About Nola
As a veteran teacher and as a veteran of the US Army, I take this job very seriously. Your education is the one thing that no one can take from you. I have extremely high expectations for my students and of myself. If you do not learn the content, then I need to improve my instruction. I promise you that I will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you are not only learning the material but mastering the content and be able to apply it. We will begin with a small interview and introduction then begin to tailor my lessons to your needs.

No one knows better than you as to your academic needs and skillset. I will tailor my instruction to your needs, strengths, and wants for improvement of your academic abilities. I have taught school for almost 20 years and I specialize in Earth Science, Natural Sciences, General Science, and Reading. I am certified from (5th grade) upper elementary, middle school, high school, and college for instruction. I am articulate and very knowledgeable in my area of expertise. I will also incorporate teaching you better test taking skills, how to take notes (which is something I was never taught in school), and applicable study techniques that you can use in any subject!
