About Angela
I firmly believe that good writing is an essential and often underrated skill. When our writing is clean – whether it's a college essay, a high school book report, or an email to a client – we are able to portray ourselves as dependable, legitimate and intelligent. This opens doors, creating new opportunities in our academic, professional and social spheres.
I've tutored professionally before. At the Temple University Fox School of Business, I spent hours working one-on-one with business students to improve their essays, resumes and cover letters. Later, I tutored high school students in Rome, Italy, working with these clients in small groups as they sharpened their English language skills.
As a professional journalist, I often work one-on-one with sources, interviewing people about complex and sometimes sensitive topics. Whether I'm working as a tutor or journalist, I find it deeply rewarding to work one-on-one with people, listening to their perspectives and engaging in meaningful dialogue.
