Teaching Method I teach Thai cooking through a hands-on, step-by-step approach. You’ll learn by doing — tasting, adjusting, and understanding the balance of Thai flavors.
I also share cultural stories behind each dish to make your learning experience more meaningful. You’ll learn how to balance the four key flavors of Thai food — spicy, salty, sweet, and sour — and make popular dishes like:
- Pad Thai
- Green Curry (Gaeng Keow Wan)
- Tom Yum Soup
- Papaya Salad (Som Tum)
- Mango Sticky Rice
I’m a native Thai with 10+ years of teaching experience. My classes are practical, beginner-friendly, and full of real Thai cooking techniques — no fancy tools needed. You'll feel like you're cooking with a local friend.
