About Wil
I have recently returned from Spain where I was an English teacher in Barcelona (1 year). I taught to adults online and in companies and my classes were a lot of fun. Before that I was a High School Teacher Australia (3 years) but I have worked in many jobs in my life including 25 years as a writer and filmmaker. I have experience with people from many different cultures.

My method is to discover how the student likes to learn and build on that strength. Some like to just talk. Others need more structure. My lessons are generally based on written exercises or tasks and games but there is a strong focus on conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation and creative expression. I believe that lots of talking is very important in the lesson. Yes, you may pay a little bit more compared to other teachers but there is a saying in English: "Pay peanuts and you get monkeys."
