About Zack
Hello I'm zack, I working full time, I hold the knowledge to build muscle and strength gain from my old trainer and with my own research from different studies, I am a calesthenic athlete with my personal best being a 35kg weighted Neutral pullup for one rep and 30kg Dips for 10+ reps both with perfect form, I have had my own injuries in the past but by looking into the human anatomy I have figured ways of not only preventing but also fixing problems when it comes to joint or muscular pain.
