About Ilham
I am a current A level student, studying Maths, History and Psychology. I am known for my work ethic and I always strive to do my best in everything. Having said this, in your lessons, I will ensure I actively take into account areas of weakness and strength and will build ways of teaching that are best suited to you. I have previous experience in tutoring and I myself am aware of the difficulties exam periods can bring. Throughout the duration of my GCSEs, in my mock exams I would receive grades like 5's or 4's, however through hard work and consistent application of learning I was able to achieve grades ranging from 6-9. I hope to encourage my students to have the same level of motivation and more importantly I would like to help them succeed in life as best as possible. I am prepared to help my students in all aspects, not just academically and will be supporting my student with any proofreading, or help they need.

As a student who has been under the pressures of examination, I have been able to develop techniques that I believe will help students to ensure they get the most out of their learning. Through my recent experiences, I will be able to guide students on the mistakes typically made and how to avoid them. I am currently an A level student who received an A/7 in Maths GCSE and an A**/9 in History. Throughout this year, I have helped younger years in my school, build upon their exam technique and revision, by assisting them in lessons and tackling areas of weaknesses. I have also voluntarily helped in HW clubs for the younger years at school, helping them with things they were finding difficult or didn't understand. I will be able to provide your child with personal guidance and a range of lessons that will allow your child to develop their skills. My lessons will consist of identification of areas of weakness, clarifying any misunderstandings and more importantly putting learning into practice in enjoyable ways. I am an efficient, organised and punctual individual who has a fairly flexible schedule and I am open to tutoring children in primary school, all through to GCSEs.
