My approach with students is to be patient and meet the students where they are at. My lesson plan would begin with a simple project as a benchmark so I can assess where each
student's strengths and weaknesses are and work from there. My lessons might also begin with me doing a demonstration of the project so the students can see an example of how the project can be done. I am capable of working with students of all ages
