About Naseem
Hi! I'm Naseem and I LOVE art! I have had a passion for creating all of my life, attributed to my parents and their love for art as well. I attended COE College in Cedar Rapids Iowa and earned my Bachelor's degree in art. I have created art as a hobby over the past 25 years and taught high school art in Minnesota last year, as well as Special Education the previous year. This past fall, due to health complications, I moved to New Mexico and am doing online tutoring for reading, writing, and executive function and really wanted to share my knowledge of art with others too, so here I am :)

I have been drawing and painting since a young age and have always had a passion for art. I have experience with watercolor, acrylic, pen and ink, charcoal, pastel, and oil paints. In sessions I can demonstrate techniques for all mediums, except oil paints as I don't have proper ventilation to use those yet, or we can start with an image that you want to create and I will demonstrate the steps for you to follow along. I am pretty adaptable so I can tailor lessons to best fit your needs and I am open to all ages and levels of art!
