Here I use different methods to work with the holistic health through art, where we use watercolor paint.
I can invite a feeling that we should teach the body to embody, for example; freedom.
Where the viewer who is you now has to affirm his inner world and what thoughts and feelings come up while we paint.
Here I invite you to go deep and get to know yourself through your way of painting, to dare to express yourself through your art.
