About Shenine
I completed my Grade 8 Piano practical in 2011, and also Grade 5 theory a while before. Since then, I have been enjoying learning songs of my choice, discovering new styles, and approaching piano play in a creative, and fun way. I hope to teach my students that making mistakes is a part of the process, and hope they can gain confidence in their piano playing by not putting too much pressure on themselves.

I like to pay attention first to the way in which my student plays, and their approach. I hope to build in their specific approach with my knowledge of technique, and also introduce them to composers that may suit their style. I also hope to guide them through pieces of their choice, so that they can learn this in a way that suits them and also introduces technique that works for them. I will also encourage my students to approach their songs in imaginative ways.
