About Brooke
I have been helping people with nutrition/weight loss/working out for about two years now, and still to this day I learn new stuff. I love being able to help people and make them feel so good about themselves. I have struggled myself as well. Many years ago I just hated how I looked in the mirror and I finally said enough was enough. I needed someone who could tell me what I was doing, explain to me why certain stuff wasn't working and why I wasn't seeing a difference. Making that decision was the best thing I have ever done.

If we schedule a call and you are not able to make the call I need at least a two hour notice. If you do not notify me, or tell past the two hours then I will be charing you the $14.00 fee unless it was some sort of emergency.
