About Ivy
My fascination with architecture began from observing how spaces influence human behavior and experience. This led me to pursue a B.Arch followed by an M.Arch in Urban Design, equipping me with both creative and technical expertise. Over 8 years, I have guided students through conceptual development, technical drafting, and design visualization, helping them achieve both skill mastery and creative confidence.
I teach with patience, encouragement, and a structured approach. Lessons integrate hands-on exercises, project-based work, and iterative discussions to develop both technical proficiency and creative expression. I emphasize experimentation, critical reflection, and independent problem-solving, allowing learners to explore their potential fully.
Beyond teaching, I remain active in design research, sustainability studies, and urban planning projects. This enriches lessons with real-world insight and current design trends. Witnessing students gain confidence, refine skills, and develop their unique design voice is immensely rewarding. My aim is to cultivate thoughtful, innovative architects capable of bringing impactful ideas to life.
