About Ashley
Maths is often taught as a list of rules to memorise, but I treat it as a visual language. Concept maps shared for every chapter keep the logic visible for advanced learners and those building fundamentals. This technique helps bridge the gap between abstract algebra and practical application.
I draw on 9 years of experience to show why certain formulae behave the way they do. Students frequently mention that seeing the connections makes the work less intimidating. Even SAT prep becomes manageable when the underlying logic is clear. My approach ensures that you will find a logical path through the most difficult equations.

Admitting that maths was once a hurdle for me changed how I teach today. I earned an MArch and BEng from Imperial to satisfy my curiosity about structural systems. Working in London design firms for 13 years gave me a rigorous foundation in statistics and trigonometry. I have guided 218 students through complex algebra and exam prep.
