About Oliver
I am a science student who has studied mathematics, chemistry, biology and computer science at university level. I intend to continue to high level studies in chemistry, biology and neuroscience, with a focus on becoming a medical researcher. Outside of academics I enjoy music, running and reading.

My teaching method is very focussed on reinforcing the fundamental aspects of a particular topic. I believe that simply showing a student how to work through a particular high level problem is insufficient to consolidate learning. Instead, I take a first principles approach with simple problems to give students the fundamental skills to tackle difficult problems with confidence. I teach using examples and problem solving with minimal monologuing, to ensure students remain engaged and interested.
