About Jade
Hi, I’m Jade! With a degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington, experience as a Division 1 athlete, international travel and study abroad experience, and more than 10 years in hospitality, I’ve spent my life learning how to communicate, adapt, and connect with people from all walks of life.
I’m patient, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping my students succeed. I create a comfortable, encouraging environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and build confidence without feeling judged.
Whether you’re learning English for school, work, travel, or personal growth, I’ll bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a personalized approach to every lesson. My goal is simple: to help you feel confident using English in the real world.

Hi! I’m Jade, and I believe learning English should feel like a great conversation—not a textbook lesson.
My teaching style is relaxed, personalized, and conversation-focused. I help students build confidence while naturally improving vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and everyday communication. Lessons are tailored to your goals and interests, whether that means talking about travel, school, work, music, culture, or everyday life.
I have a degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington, where I studied different cultures and how people connect. I’m also a former Division 1 athlete who traveled internationally to compete and studied abroad, giving me firsthand experience navigating different cultures and environments.
With 10+ years in hospitality, beginning at a Disneyland hotel, I learned how to make people feel genuinely welcome. I bring that same warmth and openness to every lesson.
I teach students of all ages and English levels. Whether you're just starting out or want to become a more confident, natural English speaker, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow!
