About Natalia
Hello, I am an anthropologist from the Austral University of Chile, with a master's degree at the Alberto University and a diploma in the School of Buddhist Psychology Buddha Dhamma Chile. I love meditation and I really want to teach it from my own experience. The purpose of these classes is that alumnx integrate mindfulness meditation as a reality in your daily life and can concretely mitigate stress.

The methodology I use is to divide the class into three parts: theoretical, practical and round of question-answer. This type of class allows the student to learn in an experienced way the technique with a direct and personalized advice. What makes me special as a teacher is that I have integrated mindfulness meditation into my daily life and I have experienced real changes, especially in terms of facing conflict, managing afflictive emotions and mainly finding happiness in the present.
