About Anmol Marwah
I am currently doing graduation in psychology and a diploma course in fitness. I have worked on myself (mental health) sq and my body alot. Which includes losing weight, gaining weight, strength training, gaining muscles and more over i would also like to share some knowledge of psychology with you. I not only aim in enhancing your physical health but also your mental health. It’s been an year I’m into gymming and zumba. Dance is something I’m doing since childhood and i am self trained dancer.

Okay, now how will we start up our classes, firstly if it’s aerobics or zumba we can have endless songs to bounce on and we offer you to get a playlist and groove with your mood. We’ll be doing insta lives and reels, as it the trend. We can together choreograph a song and make reels. So i basic aim is to accompany exercise with your full involvement and it helps in intellectual growth and divergent thinking.
With diets we will follow the traditional method in the start so that you get use it, and then can have further modifications and even include cheats. Will offer you to come or have a conversation on call so that we can connect more.
