About Ryann
Being an upper-graduate STEM student at a university, I am a perfectionist and an overachiever. I always strive to push myself and those around me to the best they can be. I credit my success to my firm belief that no subject or topic is impossible to learn when you are willing to put in the time and effort. How quickly one masters a subject does not matter; understanding it does. I have worked as a tutor to friends and family alike since I was in middle school, and in high school, I worked with people from elementary to high school age. I am eager to meet with all students who believe that I am the tutor who can help them be successful, because that is why I am here to help each student be the most successful version of themselves they can be.

When I first meet with a student I will discuss what they have found to be the best method or methods and techniques that they have found to help them be successful in previous subjects. Once we determine a student's strengths I form a lesson plan around what specific topic or project the student is struggling with. Focusing on going over previous work, identifying mistakes, considering critiques from previous teachers and tutors, and formulating a plan that will work with the student's needs and schedule. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I firmly believe anyone can learn any topic they set their heart to. If they are willing to put in the time and work no subject or topic is impossible to learn with the goal of improving a student's understanding and creating a passion for the subject. My lessons will be adjusted to each student's needs from middle to college level students with focus on the level, class, and specifics of the class that are expected by the student.
