My teaching is through convincing people to practice correct life style whether it is food,sleep ,exercise, profession,occupation,enjoyment,etc. Fifty percent recovery from any ailment is through abstaining from wrong habits, Positive thinking works wonders,so instilling positive attitude in people & very simple home remedies
