About Eldo
Earned Fitness Certification From American College of sports Medicine (ACSM) and CTDC Fitness Trainer certification(Govt of India), I have worked for more than Nine years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for top Companies in Kerala. I conduct one-on-one training sessions, as well as cardio, weight training, wellness programs and boot camps for groups of up to 14 adults.
Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals, I provide high-energy programs combining the latest techniques in nutrition and exercise science.

Actually, fitness is a lifestyle, which we have to be followed like Teeth Brushing, like bathing. I am showing a good path to my clients who can lead a healthy lifestyle which will lead them to happy and prosperous life.
