I have a very different approach to my lecturing, although i do not have any credential training, i have helped countless people adjust their mind sets. I put my self in their shoes but i remove Emotion away from the situation and apply logic, which then finds the solution, and we find a suitable way of applying Empathy to make it easier to adjust.
