About Suryansu
Having a career 35 years of training and development, my core expertise has always been to explain a concept to everyone, related or unrelated to work. Now I want to use all the possible opportunities to help students clear their basics. As I have always believed, Basics is the Base to everything!
And I want the myth of Maths and Science is a difficult subject to change. It is time to make it a favourite one.

1. Understanding Student Needs -
Begin by assessing the student's current understanding and identify gaps where they need help.
2. Goals - Set achievable goals both for the student and myself, so that we both are clear what to achieve in the next class.
3. Starting from Basics -
Majority of us forget the basics, and jump into advance. So, I will start from basics, and clear the core concept of the student as per the student's level.
4. Slow and Steady Wins the Race -
I am quite aware of the timer that runs in a student's daily life, but I will always ensure we slowly take the leap in the core subjects. As the understanding of these concepts will set the base for the whole life. Practice is my success key for every level of student.
5. Studies are always Stories-telling episodes -
Be it trignomerty or calculus, or a difficult organic chemistry concept, I ensure my explanation is backed by stories which gives a logical approach edge for the students to grasp. There will always be a question answer round for the students to come up with their doubts at the end of the class.
6. Constructive Feedback -
Celebrating each win is very important for me, and the student as well. I celebrate failure and success, with the same enegry.
Every step is followed by a constructive feedback and clear communication on the next steps to be followed by a student.
