About Kaitlyn
I am currently an Aeronautical Engineering student at the University of Glasgow. I have attended the University of Cambridge for mathematics summer school and have completed a teaching course with the University of Glasgow. Already i have taught mathematics to family and younger pupils in my school.

I wouldn’t say i have a single teaching method i adapt myself well to what the pupil needs. I offer many ways to explain the same principle which i think is valuable as not everyone will understand in the same way. I like to take note of problem areas and also areas that are going well to give praise. I then highlight these target areas until they become stronger.

Going forward I’d be able to make up a booklet with all National 5 topics with relevant questions. Then we could work through topics of difficulty in sessions as well as any questions you have with your homework.

Kaitlyn is a patient and knowledgable tutor who makes understanding maths fun for young students. She uses various different approaches until the student achieves their target.
