About Fatima Miya Waqar
I have just graduated from Bachelor of Arts degree in 2020, where I majored in Advanced- Japanese and English. I have volunteered as an Assistant teacher at a Japanese tutoring school two years ago, and worked as a translator for an IT company.
I am currently studying Master of Teaching (Secondary) specializing in English and Japanese.
I also teach Japanese at Victorian School of Languages (VSL) and virtually tutor English for a child and a university professor in Japan every weekend.

My area of specialty is Japanese and English. I base my method of teaching by welcoming students to learn a language from scratch at their own paces. With pre-planned and prepared contents for every lesson, I observe the student's progression from previous classes, to give them opportunities to enjoy speaking and learning about the history of the language.
