About Ariel
I'm certified as an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer under the standards of the European Health and Fitness Association and have over 16 years of experience in fitness conditioning. In addition, I have studies in business administration and in web development (Empirical knowledge). As your fitness coach I use lead and professional practices that will allow us to work together and achieve your goals in a healthy, safe and fun way.
